Reviewed homeowner guidance
Methodology and sources
This site gives priority to official data, public-body guidance and relevant professional guidance, then states the date, geography and question each source can actually support.
Source selection and evidence hierarchy
Official statistics establish only the published fields, period and geography. Public-body and professional guidance supports consumer, property and work-context claims within its stated scope. Observed market presentation informs usability questions but does not establish technical truth, ownership, performance or endorsement.

Observed, inferred and unknown stay separate
A directly published figure or statement is recorded as observed. A conclusion drawn from several facts is labelled as an inference. Missing evidence remains unknown; it is not converted to zero, prevalence or proof that a condition is absent.

Geography and date limits
National insulation or mortgage context is not a Greater Manchester prevalence estimate. ONS and HM Land Registry local-authority data shape the distinct Stockport and Wigan editorial paths but do not count properties with spray foam. The government moisture study applies to England and models defined scenarios.

Publication, review and corrections
Published marks the first editorial version; Reviewed marks the last substantive source and claim review. If a material source changes or a claim can no longer be reproduced, the affected claim is qualified or removed before its review date is advanced. Corrections must preserve the source, affected page, change and date.

Inclusion is not endorsement
A citation means the source supports the adjacent statement within its limits. It does not mean the source endorses DwellScope, AMPLIFLOW LTD, a provider, a method or an outcome. AMPLIFLOW LTD is the verified legal publisher; no human expert author or active service provider is represented.

Search and publication boundary
Pages are written to answer distinct homeowner decisions, not to reproduce city templates or manufacture search footprints. Google’s people-first and spam guidance informs this editorial boundary, but no search engine has approved the site or promised a ranking.
